Thank you for your donation to the Quality of Life Foundation. We are in receipt of your $500.00 donation and will use it to continue providing critical support services to families of catastrophically wounded veterans.

As you know, the Wounded Veteran Family Care Program serves family caregivers who have forfeited their jobs, income, and a normal daily routine to assume the responsibility for providing full-time, home-based care for 'their catastrophically wounded, injured, or ill veteran. We focus on the family while they focus on caring for their loved one. Whether family members need respite care, home and lawn care, peer support, home modifications, educational assistance, or other quality of life services - donations like yours help the Quality of Life Foundation deliver a tailored solution set to each family in our program.

I am sending this letter on behalf of Kim Munoz as she it out on medical leave.
